Chimney Concepts at 5358 Portland Road

Chimney Concepts proposed repair of my 2 chimneys that perfectly matched my vision and circumstances. The crew, led by Andy, was punctual, polite and hardworking. They expertly matched my obsolete brick. Every morning, Andy explained the work plans for the day, and before leaving for the day, he reviewed the day's accomplishments and plans for the next day. My yard was always tidied each night. They protected my floors the day they worked inside. The finished work looks impeccable. Working with the office staff was always a positive experience.

We had some work done to our fireplace, including adding a gas accelerator. The staff who set up the appointment were very nice and the technician that came to our house was a professional. He verified our chimney was in good shape and he was quick, clean and friendly. We would recommend Chimney Concepts to anyone!!
